Not one thing.

Staff were really friendly and efficient. Hotel is very quaint with bags of charm. Gated on site parking was very secure. Room was large and spacious with a good size bathroom. There is no restaurant but good quality meals can be provided in your room but are a bit pricy. All round a lovely little hotel.
For the price, a restaurant would be nice but I am really nitpicking here, as overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I like the spaciousness of the hotel rooms and the excellent quietness. The hotel rooms are very clean with large modern bathroom facilities. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Will choose the same hotel again for future re-visit to the same region.

The hotel had an enormous bedroom and a fabulous buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and information about the city. The hotel also had a private secure parking, which made it convenient for us as we had a car.
The hotel was situated up a steep hill with a narrow access to the car park, which made it a bit challenging to get to. the hotel was a bit far from the main sites in the city, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach them.

The location is far enough from the city centre,in a residential area, to be quiet. The building has a number of historcal features, and is amongst other interesting buildings. The fittings furniture and bedding are of the highest standard. It is particularly suitable for hot weather, with a/c,roller shutter sun blinds, and proper crisp cotton sheets with blankets-NO duvet !! Choice and quality of breakfast are first class
Ther was nothing I did not like.I Would point out that the hotel is not suitable for people of restricted mobility ,nor for families with small children.

The hotel is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center. Despite being located on a steep hill, the hotel's location offers a unique charm and beautiful views. Moreover, the hotel's attention to detail is evident in the electric blinds, which allow for a restful sleep, and the rooms' massage showers, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the free and reliable Wifi throughout the hotel ensures guests stay connected, and the option to enjoy an espresso or a glass of wine during off hours adds a special touch. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay is a fantastic perk, with a variety of hot drinks available from a machine and a comforting cooked option served at a warm temperature.
No improvements needed – everything was satisfactory.

Welcoming staff and quiet neighborhood and excellent A/C option in room
Stuffy breakfast room that could improve with better ventilation on humid days

Good old fashioned French hotel good for a one or two night stop over. Within easy walking distance of Rouen town centre. Secure parking.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. it is situated in the city center, just a short distance away from the bustling downtown area around the cathedral. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being really close to the town center, with all its shops, restaurants, and attractions. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with charming decorations and nice views. the bathroom facilities are sophisticated, with luxurious amenities such as jacuzzi tubs and heated towel bars. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful information and assistance to guests. the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, including local products like Neufchâtel cheese.
The hotel lacks an elevator, which can be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We liked the comfortable and tastefully decorated room, the quiet location of the hotel, the fabulous shower and the helpfulness of the staff.
Considering that in other respects the room was luxurious, we would have thought tea/coffee making facilities could have been provided.

Very comfortable and quite large room, with excellent modern bathroom facilities. Good storage space, king-size comfortable bed, flat-screen TV including BBCWorld. Safe for clients' use in room. Car-parking provisions very good. Very good breakfast. The staff were helpful and solicitous - almost to the point of embarrassment!
Some traffic noise despite double-glazing and some noise from adjacent rooms - the floorboards are very squeaky - but it was quiet at night. Its a good 10 minute walk down to the Place de Vielle Marche - the town centre - and 15-20 to the Cathedral. Its tough getting back as its up quite a steep hill most of the way. You need to be pretty fit to do this twice in a few hours as we did, once for dinner ( there being no restaurant at the hotel and none within a few hundred yards) and once to do the tourist bits.

Our room was very spacious with a large double bed. The hotel has an own courtyard for free car parking. The staff was very helpful.
The location was not very appealing: the area is not as nice as the photos suggest and it is about 1500 meters to the Cathedral. The bed had only a simple woolen blanket. The price appeared too high for the offering.
